Diabetic Food Recipes regarding Dessert


When diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, patients are required to follow a strict diet program to manage their blood sugar levels and would need to understand diabetic food recipes. They are not necessarily required to remove sugar from their diet program, but they do have to moderate their intake.

1. Fresh Peach Brulee

This recipe is filled with vitamins and nutrients that you need for diet program. You will need two big and fresh peaches, two tablespoons fresh lemon juice, cooking spray, and 2 teaspoons light brown sugar. You really should then cut each and every banana into diagonal pieces and sprinkle lemon juice on the pieces. Place some of these on dessert parfait glasses and then pour the pudding mix on leading. You will hen have to add 1 tablespoon whipped topping. Leading this off with some cocoa powder, walnuts, and even cherries if you like.

three. Caffe Affogato

Lastly, you can attempt the Caffe Affogato, which is just fat-free frozen vanilla ice cream topped with 2 tablespoons of hot espresso. This is non-fat and contains, 73 calories, 16 g carbohydrates, 37 mg sodium and 2 g protein.
